Access 24
Banking hours are a thing of the past with the Credit Union's Automated Teller System.  Now you can have access to your Credit Union anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day
  
Our new Access 24 is a tool designed to save you time while allowing you to handle your financial transactions when and where you want, with the touch of your fingers!
It's Fast -- Simply dial into the system using your touch-tone telephone.
It's Accurate -- The system can give you up to date account status as well as loan rates and other important Credit Card information.
It's Safe -- Your account information is accessible only after your account number and Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) are entered.
It's Easy to Use -- Once you've dialed into the system, the Teller will guide you step-by-step through the transactions you request.  Call from any touch-tone telephone, and enter your member account number.
The audio Teller will then ask you for your (PIN).  You select the information you want by using the codes listed on your personal directory.
Transactions can be performed within your accounts.  Withdrawals requested by check will be made payable to the Primary Member and mailed only to the address on file at the Credit Union.
 
Access 24 can help You:
Find out current balances on your accounts, loans or certificates and review previous transactions.
Transfer funds between accounts...i.e., shares, checking, and loans, etc.
Find if a specific check has cleared your account.
Verify deposits and ATM transactions.
Access tax information for the current and previous year.
Request check from your accounts made payable to the Primary Member.
 
How to get Started with Access 24
Sign up and get your PIN number on file
Call the Credit Union on their Special Line at (503) 685-6454 or (800) 819-0026.
Our Audio Teller will direct you through each transaction.
When entering amounts, no decimal point is needed.  (Example $50.00 should be entered as 5000)
