We will collect only the personal information necessary to conduct our business, such as: (1) information we receive from you on membership and loan applications and other forms; (2) information about your transactions with us or others through us; (3) information we receive from a consumer reporting agency; and (4) information obtained when verifying the information you provide on an application or other forms, such as from your current or past employers or from other institutions where you conduct financial transactions.

We will protect your personal information by maintaining strong security controls over information retained in our files and computers. Where applicable, we utilize security-coding techniques to protect against unauthorized access and to ensure accurate and safe communication of personal information. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with governmental regulations to guard your personal information.

We will share personal information only when necessary to (1)administer the products and services we provide, (2) process transactions on your behalf, (3) when required to do so by a governmental agency, or (4) when we contract with our business partners to offer a broader range of products and services to the credit union membership.

We will partner only with businesses that follow strict confidentiality requirements. We will require these business partners to ensure your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than to provide the services for which we have contracted. Our business partners will be prohibited from (1) charging your account without your express consent, (2) selling your personal information to telemarketing or direct mail marketing firms, or (3) using your information in any manner other than providing the service or product for which they have been contracted.

Non-public personal information about our members and former members will not be disclosed to anyone except as permitted by law.
